Your hearing aids come with two controls that allow you to make more adjustments to your devices: a rotary dial and a program change button. If your hearing aids are the DX Insera W 312 Dir model, you can use the optional Remote Control or Remote Plus app to control your hearing aids.

If your hearing aids are the DX Insera W 312 Dir model, an optional Remote Control also allows you to adjust your volume levels. If your hearing aids are the DX Insera W 312 Dir model, you can also access the phone program using the optional Remote Control. 

Connecting to your mobile phone

Once your hearing aids are paired with your phone, your phone and hearing aids will automatically connect when they are on and within each other's space. This can take about 2 minutes.

your DX Insera W 312 Dir hearing aids enable direct communication with Bluetooth-enabled phones. When paired with the phone and connected to the phone, you will hear the caller's voice directly on your hearing aids. Your hearing aids pick up your voice with their own microphones.

Tinnitus masking

If your hearing care professional has configured both a tinnitus masking program and a sound control, you can adjust the tinnitus masking level while you are in the tinnitus masking program.
 

Accessories

The following accessories are compatible with DX Insera W 312 Dir hearing aids:

TV Connector is an optional accessory that sends the sound of your television directly to your hearing aids. TV Connector can also transmit audio from stereo systems, computers, and other audio sources.

Remote Control is an optional accessory that can be used to control the volume of the hearing aid and program changes.

PartnerMic is an optional accessory that can be used to transmit the sound of a speaker wirelessly to your hearing aids.

Compatible with RogerTM accessories. Roger accessories can be used to transmit a sound or sound source wirelessly to your hearing aids.
