WHICH ACCESSORIES CAN I CHOOSE?

UNIQUE™ hearing aids (Except CC micro model) are compatible with all Widex DEX accessories: RC-DEX, TV-DEX, COM-DEX, CALL-DEX, UNI-DEX, PHONE-DEX, FM+DEX and T-DEX

ARE THERE ANY SETTINGS IN THE IN-EAR MODELS?

The UNIQUE™ CUSTOM model has a program button and/or volume set button, but these are not available in the CIC micro, CIC and XP models, which are the smallest in-ear hearing aids of Widex.

CAN IT BE CONTROLLED WITH UNIQUE APPLICATION?

Yes, you can use COM-DEX application if you have COM-DEX device. With this application, you can select the program, select the volume and focus direction, and adjust the volume when transferring sound.
